Marketing Tips for Freelance Writers – Resource Roundup Tuesday

[tuesday]About a year ago, I published a list of blogs with marketing tips for freelance writers. They are worth taking a look at.

Here are four more:

  • Tribal Author Book Marketing is Jonathan Field‘s blog about book marketing. Jonathan begins most of his twitter day’s with “who can I help today?” He brings that attitude to his advice on book marketing. I’m looking forward to taking one of his classes.
  • Tony Eldridge, who has written a thriller, has a whole blog called Marketing Tips for Authors.
  • Published and Profitable is Roger C. Parker blog on the topic. He’s always got something worthwhile to say.
  • Book Marketing Buzz – just that, marketing for books, but as I look more closely I realize many of the ideas could be used for marketing writing of any sort.

Do you have a favorite marketing blog? How do you market yourself?

  • Dear Anne:
Thank you for including me in your updated list of marketing blog resources for authors: I appreciate being included, especially your “always something useful to say” comment.

I think the same could be said of your resource, too! I’m a fan!

Best wishes on your continued writing success.
