Should You Be A Specialist Or A Generalist?

peter&mikeWriters seem to come, generally speaking, in two ways – as a specialist or a generalist. Which one makes more money or has more fun? It’s up for debate, which is just what’s going to happen.

Yes, one week from today, on Thrusday, Sept. 17, Peter Bowerman (of Well-Fed Writer and Well-Fed Self-Publisher fame)  is going to debate Michael Stelzner (of Writing White Papersfame) on:  Generalist vs. Specialist: Which Is Better for Writers in a Tough Economy?

The best part? This debate is totally free. Register and you’ll get information on how and when to attend this webinar – via the ‘net, or by phone or if the date and time don’t work for you, with a recording you can listen to at your convenience.

Attendance is limited, so sign up now. I did and I expect it to be fun as well as informative.

I know both these guys and while both are true experts in their own field, neither takes himself too seriously – a great combination.

Sure, there will be a pitch for a seminar, but that’s okay – we might want to attend that too. I know, however, that this will be time well spent.
