I recently started writing for some content marketing sites. There’s a big delay in when I submit and when articles get published. Some of them I haven’t been able to find yet. I am writing consistently, but, because I am mostly writing blog posts for companies, there are no bylines. What would be the best way to include this type of experience on my resume?

T., this post might be some help: http://www.aboutfreelancewriting.com/2014/07/writers-resume-getting-interview/

I would probably link to the three best I could find saying something like this

Blog writing for 3 companies:
link
link
link

And that should also be on your website.

Hi Anne,

I’m new to your website and I love it!

Do you know of any good templates to create a writer’s resume?

Anne, do you know anything about Demand Studios? I did a little research to see what people have to say about writing for them, and it seems like half are happy with them, and half are very unhappy. Do your followers have any input?

Lisa, seems like many think it’s a great place for beginners… I think I’ve heard a few more pluses than minuses. Depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. I gather they are for real.

Good morning Anne. It’s 5:40 am and all’s well up here on Walch’s Mountain. I’ve subscribed to your newsletter now for well over a year and it’s one of the e newsletters that I read every morning. Morning for me is 4 am. I subscribe to almost one hundred newsletters and yours is one of the best. As a freelance writer I wouldn’t even consider being without your newsletter. Keep up the great work.

I’ll be spending sometime here in the Forum as well.

I’ve tried to tread others as I want to be treated, but my feet are too big. Any recommendations?

So, how does one set up a website to sell fiction? Can it be done? Who has done it? How do you get traffic? Or should I finish my diet book, instead?

Do both imo ;)
http://www.aboutfreelancewriting.com/2008/11/youre-a-writer-you-need-a-website-or-better-yet-your-own-blog/ talks about getting the site done – not sure about how to market fiction – do a bit of searching and come back and let us know what you’ve found. I’d take a look at booklocker

Hi, Anne! As of June 5, it will be my one-year anniversary of employment with Remilon, LLC which I found on your website! I watched your website for a year before I found that job. Thank you so much.

Hi Anne,

I was able to sell my essay story to the medical magazine company that was on your November 5th job posts. Definately something to check out for your future readers if they have interesting health stories. Thanks for your work!
