If you're looking for fulltime or regional work, check Deborah Ng almost always daily jobs for writers - includes full-time and in-house listings, or PoeWar.com and Writers Weekly. PoeWar also publishes guidelines for articles and gets notice when magazines and others are looking for specific pieces... there's a ton of good stuff on this site.
