Amazon only lists used booksellers as sources - which means you
can get it at a bargain. Aimed at the beginning mystery writer
(me?), OCork does a good job of helping you identify a plot and
make the distinction between a plot and a situation. She also
helps you develop a series character... which is great. And she's
got a decent section on marketing - a bit dated, the the basics
are there. Of course, you've still got to write the damn thing!
But if mystery writing is your goal, this book is worth a shot. |
