Although it’s true that many, even most of the easy-to-find writing gigs are low pay, it’s not true that low paying writing jobs is all there is out there.
In addition to my Job Postings Here Are The Tip Of A Great Big Iceberg! and How I’d Look For A Freelance Writing Job there are additional sources of solid information on the ‘net.
- Last summer Deb Ng published 40 Freelance Writing Markets Paying $100 or More (Much More); early this year she also published 5 Places to Find Higher Paying Freelance Writing Jobs. If you notice the latter makes many of the same suggestions I do it’s because they work.
- How to Attract the High Paying Writing Jobs! is writing coach Suzanne Lieurance’s article on the kind of thinking that will help you find the gigs you want.
- Yuwanda Black who blogs at Inkwell Editorial, wrote SEO Copywriters: 2 Tips For Landing High-Paying SEO Writing Gigs. Yes, there are SEO gigs that pay at least $20 an article and even more – but you’ve got to go find them. Yuwanda tells you how. She also wrote 2 High-Paying Online Writing Jobs – and I’d thought of neither, but recognize she’s right.
By the way, I found these by searching on finding high paying writing jobs. What might you find if you searched on your specialty or your locality?
