[tuesday]Last December I wrote a blog called The State of Book Publishing. I just checked the links and they all still work
and much of the information is worth thinking about even though it’s not as fresh as it was back then.
This Tuesday we’ve 5 blogs about book publishing in general
- Anjuelle Floyd, who has written several books blogs about The High Cost of Agents. I’m not sure I totally agree with her about agents, but she’s right about how self-publishing is opening more doors for authors.
- It’s always interesting to see what Joe Wikert says in his Publishing 2020 Blog has to say. Today I was particularly interested in his More Ebook Survey Results. If that doesn’t grab you, poke around; you’re likely to find something truly useful.
- MediaBistro’s Gally Cat is another blog about publishing books. Did you know, for instance, that Arianna Huffington of Huffington Post fame has launched a book club?
- Publisher’s Weekly has eight blogs. Some are better than others, but you can pick and choose.
