		<description>Interesting post. I think freelancers have gotten used to hearing nothing from editors, even for well-crafted posts. I know I have. In addition to being a writer, I&#039;m also a trade-magazine editor. Like other editors, I simply don&#039;t have enough time, especially since I don&#039;t have much of a staff these days. So responding to queries that I don&#039;t want, just isn&#039;t a priority. I hate to say it, especially since I know how aggravating it is, but I don&#039;t respond to the majority of the messages I get from writers.
