Hi Anne,

Excellent leads today! I wanted to note that job #1 is a bit misleading – it’s not for an actual job, it’s to register for an online course in Grant Writing. However, it might be a good opportunity for someone to learn that skill however. :)

Keep up the wonderful work with providing resources for freelance writers, much appreciated!

Great leads. Thank you Anne.

I heard back from Blogger Needed (USA) in a general email.

Sounded good in the ad. I now know why I hate ads with an hourly rate. Give me the per flat blog rate.

They have 61 sites in which they want you to post one a day for all of them – Monday to Friday and 20 on Saturday. They pay 8 to 10 an hour not the $12 listed. However, they mention in time the rate will increase. They will allow you to claim 40 hours ($400) for 325 blogs a week which comes to $1.25 a blog. :(

Veronica, 61 posts a day? That’s nuts! That’s too many for one person imo no matter what the price. Not if they want decent posts. At a buck twenty-five they deserve what they get. Glad you didn’t apply.

Hi Anne,

I wanted to drop a quick line to say thanks! So far I’ve found 2 freelance gigs on here – Demand Studios and WorkingDJ.com… both adding to the bottom line.

In the last week I’ve applied for several more and hope to land a few. Can’t wait to say I have three jobs – and I love it!

You’re the best!

I know Anne. He was so matter of fact about it too and said he expected the best and has been disappointed by others in the past. Oh my mistake – He wants 30 on Saturday not 20 as I mentioned. So that makes it less than 1.25 per blog.

the hourly rate will be 8-10 USD depending upon experience
yes, you are responsible for 61 blog entries each day/ 30 each Saturday
• no overtime (40+) will be paid
