Back in May, almost a year ago, at another blog, I told the story of how Angela Hoy of Booklocker.com was had filed a class action lawsuit against Amazon.com because Amazon was/is trying to force self-publishers to use their POD publisher if they are to get presented on Amazon.com in the usual way.
The wheels of justice grind oh so slowly. On Feb. 27, at AMAZON BOOKSURGE ANTITRUST LAWSUIT CLEARINGHOUSE, Angela posted a short blog with a link to the amended complaint which was amended to clarify some questions the judge had.
It’s good to know this is still moving forward, no matter how slowly.

We got an update yesterday (August 26). The judge has denied Amazon’s motion to dismiss. This means BookLocker can proceed with the lawsuit.
