Hey there – just wanted to let you know that I took the time to put together a resume and letter to apply to #60 – the Article Writer – and the response came back about the time I sent the email. It said “Thank you for your interest in our writer position. In order to move forward you must fill out an application on our website. Simply visit your personal application link below and complete your application.”

The link takes me to a subscription site. I didn’t fill it out myself because the terms of service said it will cost $49.

Just thought I’d pass that along.

Katheryn, I’m sorry… maybe you can use the resume etc. someplace else. I do try to avoid these, but I’d be spending all day on them if I did significant checking – neither you nor I can afford that.

I’ll reuse it I’m sure – I save them all so that I can cut and paste as needed. I really appreciate what you do and just thought I’d let others know what I had run into because I had just had a new writer contact me about this very site.

Have a wonderful day – and keep up all the blessings that you are pouring over the rest of us because it will come back to you!

Yes, thanks, I encourage folks to post problems about the job postings… or anything else on this site actually.

Hello Anne,

I received an offer from SliceDice Marketing. I got the link from the Feb,23 newsletter for “Hiring Quality Writers” going to the Freelancejobopenings site, where I applied. Although the offer is good, I still feel unsure, since I can’t find them on the net (supposedly from Florida). Have you heard of such group? I politely asked for their website as of this writing and I am waiting for their response.
