What Do Michael Stelzner, Bob Bly, and Roger C. Parker Have In Common?

in Classes for Writers

If you know about white papers, you probably recognize Michael Stelzner’s name; if you do any copywriting you know Bob Bly’s name and if the term Guerrilla Marketing rings a bell, you’ve heard of Roger C. Parker. And what they’re up to now is a course or class called White Paper Success Summit 2009: A Live Online Event.

Why should you be interested? Because writing white papers pays well and can be a perfect suplement to your current freelance writing income. Of course, it can be a writing career path as well.

What is a white paper?

One definition of a white paper is: an authoritative report or guide that often addresses problems and how to solve them

You can see why organizations are willing to pay big bucks for such documents, particularly when the economy is less than vigorous. And if you can create dynamite marketing white papers for your clients, well, it’s flat lucrative.

Learning to Write White Papers

Like every kind of writing, creating white papers requires a certain approach, a special way with words. That’s why I am so glad to endorse White Paper Success Summit 2009: A Live Online Event.

I know Michael Stelzner, and Peter Bowerman (who is also on the faculty and I know of most of the others.

I can’t think of a better way to learn how to write white papers.

Ok, in the interests of full disclosure, if you register through these links I’ll make some affiliate income. But I’d endorse this program even with out that incentive.

Count me in! I just signed up and I’m super excited. These are some of my copywriting role models – in fact, Peter Bowerman’s book gave me the courage to start writing 10 years ago.

Thanks for the heads-up, Anne!
