Okay, I like it. Just one comment: technical writing is 100% written from the head. One struggles, but that’s what the readers expect: humorless, bland, straightforward exposition. I can do this, but often my muse rebels. I once edited a project specification where boiler capacity was shown in barrels per day. I added a note expressing this in kilofirkins per fortnight, thinking the boss would scratch it out in final draft. He published it exactly as I’d marked it up.
