Although I didn’t plan it this way, you’re actually getting to see a bit of how a blog get developed. I started by uploading WordPress - it’s probably the world’s most popular blogging software. The program is free and they have a set of instructions that claim you can get up and running in 5 minutes. I think it takes me about 10, but it’s still pretty quick.

Although there are a ton of free themes available for WordPress, after poking around I decided to purchase Thesis, a theme that comes highly recomended by people I trust.

There are lots of options with Thesis – and now I’ve chosen only some of them and uploaded the banner for the site. I’m out of time this morning so you get to see a partially completed presentation. With luck by this time tomorrow it will be much more together.

Write well and often,

Anne
